Ash-Shu'araa • AR-TAFSEER-AL-QURTUBI
﴿ وَإِنَّهُۥ لَتَنزِيلُ رَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ ﴾
“Now, behold, this [divine writ] has indeed been bestowed from on high by the Sustainer of all the worlds:”
