﴿ وَأَمْطَرْنَا عَلَيْهِم مَّطَرًۭا ۖ فَسَآءَ مَطَرُ ٱلْمُنذَرِينَ ﴾

“the while We rained a rain [of destruction] upon the others: and dire is such rain upon all who let themselves be warned [to no avail]”

وأمطرنا عليهم مطرا فساء مطر المنذرين أي من أنذر فلم يقبل الإنذار . وقد مضى بيان هذا في ( الأعراف ) و ( هود ) .
