Al-A'laa • AR-TAFSEER-AL-SADDI
﴿ وَٱلَّذِى قَدَّرَ فَهَدَىٰ ﴾
“and who determines the nature [of all that exists], and thereupon guides it [towards its fulfilment],”
{ وَالَّذِي قَدَّرَ } تقديرًا، تتبعه جميع المقدرات { فَهَدَى } إلى ذلك جميع المخلوقات.
