﴿ قَالُوا۟ نَفْقِدُ صُوَاعَ ٱلْمَلِكِ وَلِمَن جَآءَ بِهِۦ حِمْلُ بَعِيرٍۢ وَأَنَا۠ بِهِۦ زَعِيمٌۭ ﴾

“They answered: "We miss the King's goblet; and he who produces it shall receive a camel-load [of grain as reward]!" And [the herald added:] "I pledge myself to this _ [promise]!"”

( قالوا نفقد صواع الملك ولمن جاء به حمل بعير ) من الطعام ( وأنا به زعيم ) كفيل ، يقوله المؤذن .
