Ash-Shu'araa • AR-TAFSIR-AL-BAGHAWI
﴿ وَإِنَّهُۥ لَتَنزِيلُ رَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ ﴾
“Now, behold, this [divine writ] has indeed been bestowed from on high by the Sustainer of all the worlds:”
قوله عز وجل: "وإنه"، يعني القرآن. "لتنزيل رب العالمين".
