﴿ هَٰذَا بَيَانٌۭ لِّلنَّاسِ وَهُدًۭى وَمَوْعِظَةٌۭ لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ ﴾

“this [should be] a clear lesson unto all men, and a guidance and an admonition unto the God-conscious.”

( هذا ) أي : هذا القرآن ، ( بيان للناس ) عامة ، ( وهدى ) من الضلالة ، ( وموعظة للمتقين ) خاصة .
