﴿ تَنزِيلُ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ لَا رَيْبَ فِيهِ مِن رَّبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ ﴾

“The bestowal from on high of this divine writ issues, beyond any doubt, from the Sustainer of all the worlds:”

"تنزيل الكتاب لا ريب فيه من رب العالمين"، قال مقاتل: لا شك فيه أنه تنزيل من رب العالمين.
