Al-Mutaffifin • AR-TAFSIR-AL-BAGHAWI
﴿ وَمَا يُكَذِّبُ بِهِۦٓ إِلَّا كُلُّ مُعْتَدٍ أَثِيمٍ ﴾
“for, none gives the lie to it but such as are wont to transgress against all that is [and are] immersed in sin:”
"وما يكذب به إلا كل معتد أثيم".
