Al-Lail • AR-TAFSIR-AL-BAGHAWI
﴿ وَأَمَّا مَنۢ بَخِلَ وَٱسْتَغْنَىٰ ﴾
“But as for him who is niggardly, and thinks that he is self-sufficient,”
"وأما من بخل"، بالنفقة في الخير، "واستغنى"، عن ثواب الله فلم يرغب فيه.
