﴿ إِذْ يَتَلَقَّى ٱلْمُتَلَقِّيَانِ عَنِ ٱلْيَمِينِ وَعَنِ ٱلشِّمَالِ قَعِيدٌۭ ﴾

“[And so,] whenever the two demands [of his nature] come face to face, contending from the right and from the left,”

يعنى الملكين اللذين يكتبان عمل الإنسان "عن اليمين وعن الشمال" أي مترصد.
