Ar-Rahmaan • AR-TAFSIR-IBN-KATHIR
﴿ أَلَّا تَطْغَوْا۟ فِى ٱلْمِيزَانِ ﴾
“so that you [too, O men,] might never transgress the measure [of what is right]:”
أي خلق السموات والأرض بالحق والعدل لتكون الأشياء كلها بالحق والعدل.
