﴿ عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ خَيْرًۭا مِّنْهُمْ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَسْبُوقِينَ ﴾

“to replace them with [people] better than they are; for there is nothing to prevent Us [from doing what We will].”

يقول: نقدر على إهلاكهم والذهاب بهم والمجيء بخير منهم في الفضل والطوع والمال.
