Abasa • AR-TAFSIR-IBN-KATHIR
﴿ أَوْ يَذَّكَّرُ فَتَنفَعَهُ ٱلذِّكْرَىٰٓ ﴾
“or have been reminded [of the truth], and helped by this reminder.”
أي يحصل له اتعاظ وانزجار عن المحارم.
