﴿ فَأَرَادَ أَن يَسْتَفِزَّهُم مِّنَ ٱلْأَرْضِ فَأَغْرَقْنَٰهُ وَمَن مَّعَهُۥ جَمِيعًۭا ﴾

“And then Pharaoh resolved to wipe them off [the face of] the earth - whereupon We caused him and all who were with him to drown [in the sea].”

فأراد فرعون أن يزعج موسى ويخرجه مع بني إسرائيل مِن أرض "مصر"، فأغرقناه ومَن معه مِن جندٍ في البحر عقابًا لهم.
