﴿ إِذْ قَالَ لِأَبِيهِ يَٰٓأَبَتِ لِمَ تَعْبُدُ مَا لَا يَسْمَعُ وَلَا يُبْصِرُ وَلَا يُغْنِى عَنكَ شَيْـًۭٔا ﴾

“when he spoke [thus] unto his father: "O my father! Why dost thou worship something that neither hears nor sees and can be of no avail whatever to thee?”

إذ قال لأبيه آزر: يا أبت لأي شيء تعبد من الأصنام ما لا يسمع ولا يبصر، ولا يدفع عنك شيئًا من دون الله؟
