﴿ وَمَآ أَنتَ بِهَٰدِ ٱلْعُمْىِ عَن ضَلَٰلَتِهِمْ ۖ إِن تُسْمِعُ إِلَّا مَن يُؤْمِنُ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا فَهُم مُّسْلِمُونَ ﴾

“just as thou canst not lead the blind [of heart] out of their error: none canst thou make hear [thy call] save such as [are willing to] believe in Our messages, and thus surrender them­selves unto Us.”

وما أنت -أيها الرسول- بمرشد مَن أعماه الله عن طريق الهدى، ما تُسمع سماع انتفاع إلا مَن يؤمن بآياتنا، فهم خاضعون ممتثلون لأمر الله.
