﴿ إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ حَقَّتْ عَلَيْهِمْ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ ﴾
“Verily, they against whom thy Sustainer's word [of judgment] has come true will not attain to faith -”
