Al-Hijr • BN-TAFSEER-IBN-E-KASEER
﴿ كَذَٰلِكَ نَسْلُكُهُۥ فِى قُلُوبِ ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ ﴾
“Even so do We [now] cause this [scorn of Our message] to pervade the hearts of those who are lost in sin,”
