Al-Anbiyaa • BN-TAFSEER-IBN-E-KASEER
﴿ وَمَا جَعَلْنَٰهُمْ جَسَدًۭا لَّا يَأْكُلُونَ ٱلطَّعَامَ وَمَا كَانُوا۟ خَٰلِدِينَ ﴾
“and neither did We endow them with bodies that could dispense with food nor were they immortal.”
