Ash-Shu'araa • BN-TAFSEER-IBN-E-KASEER
﴿ وَإِنَّهُۥ لَتَنزِيلُ رَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ ﴾
“Now, behold, this [divine writ] has indeed been bestowed from on high by the Sustainer of all the worlds:”
