Ar-Room • BN-TAFSEER-IBN-E-KASEER
﴿ فِىٓ أَدْنَى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَهُم مِّنۢ بَعْدِ غَلَبِهِمْ سَيَغْلِبُونَ ﴾
“in the lands close-by; yet it is they who, notwithstanding this their defeat, shall be victorious”
