Ad-Dukhaan • BN-TAFSEER-IBN-E-KASEER
﴿ مِن فِرْعَوْنَ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ عَالِيًۭا مِّنَ ٱلْمُسْرِفِينَ ﴾
“[inflicted on them] by Pharaoh, seeing that he was truly outstanding among those who waste their own selves;”
