Qaaf • BN-TAFSEER-IBN-E-KASEER
﴿ مَّا يَلْفِظُ مِن قَوْلٍ إِلَّا لَدَيْهِ رَقِيبٌ عَتِيدٌۭ ﴾
“not even a word can he utter but there is a watcher with him, ever-present.”
