Qaaf • BN-TAFSEER-IBN-E-KASEER
﴿ مَّنَّاعٍۢ لِّلْخَيْرِ مُعْتَدٍۢ مُّرِيبٍ ﴾
“[every] withholder of good [and] sinful aggressor [and] fomentor of distrust [between man and man – everyone]”
