Al-Qamar • BN-TAFSEER-IBN-E-KASEER
﴿ وَفَجَّرْنَا ٱلْأَرْضَ عُيُونًۭا فَٱلْتَقَى ٱلْمَآءُ عَلَىٰٓ أَمْرٍۢ قَدْ قُدِرَ ﴾
“and caused the earth to burst forth with springs, so that the waters met for a purpose pre-ordained:”
