Al-Qamar • BN-TAFSEER-IBN-E-KASEER
﴿ وَمَآ أَمْرُنَآ إِلَّا وَٰحِدَةٌۭ كَلَمْحٍۭ بِٱلْبَصَرِ ﴾
“and Our ordaining [a thing and its coming into being] is but one [act], like the twinkling of an eye.”
