Al-Waaqia • BN-TAFSEER-IBN-E-KASEER
﴿ ءَأَنتُمْ أَنزَلْتُمُوهُ مِنَ ٱلْمُزْنِ أَمْ نَحْنُ ٱلْمُنزِلُونَ ﴾
“Is it you who cause it to come down from the clouds - or are We the cause of its coming down?”
