Al-Mulk • BN-TAFSEER-IBN-E-KASEER
﴿ أَلَا يَعْلَمُ مَنْ خَلَقَ وَهُوَ ٱللَّطِيفُ ٱلْخَبِيرُ ﴾
“How could it be that He who has created [all] should not know [all]? Yea, He alone is unfathomable [in His wisdom], aware!”
