Al-Ma'aarij • BN-TAFSEER-IBN-E-KASEER
﴿ وَإِذَا مَسَّهُ ٱلْخَيْرُ مَنُوعًا ﴾
“and whenever good fortune comes to him, he selfishly withholds it [from others].”
