Al-Ma'aarij • BN-TAFSEER-IBN-E-KASEER
﴿ عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ خَيْرًۭا مِّنْهُمْ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَسْبُوقِينَ ﴾
“to replace them with [people] better than they are; for there is nothing to prevent Us [from doing what We will].”
