Al-Mursalaat • BN-TAFSEER-IBN-E-KASEER
﴿ فَقَدَرْنَا فَنِعْمَ ٱلْقَٰدِرُونَ ﴾
“Thus have We determined [the nature of man's creation]: and excellent indeed is Our power to determine [what is to be]!”
