﴿ ۞ إِنَّ شَرَّ ٱلدَّوَآبِّ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلصُّمُّ ٱلْبُكْمُ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَعْقِلُونَ ﴾

“Verily, the vilest of all creatures in the sight of God are those deaf, those dumb ones who do not use their reason.”
