Al-Mutaffifin • BN-TAFSEER-IBN-E-KASEER
﴿ وَإِذَا مَرُّوا۟ بِهِمْ يَتَغَامَزُونَ ﴾
“and whenever they pass by them, they wink at one another [derisively];”
