﴿ وَمَا عَلَّمْنَٰهُ ٱلشِّعْرَ وَمَا يَنۢبَغِى لَهُۥٓ ۚ إِنْ هُوَ إِلَّا ذِكْرٌۭ وَقُرْءَانٌۭ مُّبِينٌۭ ﴾

“AND [thus it is:] We have not imparted to this [Prophet the gift of] poetry, nor would [poetry] have suited this [message]: it is but a reminder and a [divine] discourse, clear in itself and clearly showing the truth,”

আর আমরা রাসূলকে কাব্য রচনা করতে শিখাইনি এবং এটা তাঁর পক্ষে শোভনীয়ও নয় [১]। এটা তো শুধু এক উপদেশ এবং সুস্পষ্ট কুরআন; [১] দেখুন, সূরা আল-হাক্কাহঃ ৪১।
