﴿ وَلَوْ كَانُوا۟ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلنَّبِىِّ وَمَآ أُنزِلَ إِلَيْهِ مَا ٱتَّخَذُوهُمْ أَوْلِيَآءَ وَلَٰكِنَّ كَثِيرًۭا مِّنْهُمْ فَٰسِقُونَ ﴾

“For, if they [truly] believed in God and their Prophet and all that was bestowed upon him from on high, they would not take those [deniers of the truth] for their allies: but most of them are iniquitous.”

আর তারা আল্লাহ ও নবীর প্রতি এবং তার প্রতি যা নাযিল হয়েছে তাতে ঈমান আনলে কাফেরদেরকে বন্ধুরূপে গ্রহণ করত না, কিন্তু তাদের অনেকেই ফাসিক।
