﴿ وَقَالُوا۟ مَهْمَا تَأْتِنَا بِهِۦ مِنْ ءَايَةٍۢ لِّتَسْحَرَنَا بِهَا فَمَا نَحْنُ لَكَ بِمُؤْمِنِينَ ﴾

“And they said [unto Moses]: "Whatever sign thou mayest produce before us in order to cast a spell upon us thereby, we shall not believe thee!"”

আর তারা বলত, আমাদেরকে জাদু করার জন্য তুমি যে কোন নিদর্শন আমাদের কাছে পেশ কর না কেন, আমরা তোমার উপর ঈমান আনব না।’
