﴿ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَهُۥ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۖ يُحْىِۦ وَيُمِيتُ ۚ وَمَا لَكُم مِّن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ مِن وَلِىٍّۢ وَلَا نَصِيرٍۢ ﴾

“Verily, God's alone is the dominion over the heavens and the earth; He [alone] grants life and deals death; and there is none besides God who could protect you or bring you succour.”

নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ্‌, আসমান ও যমীনের মালিকানা তাঁরই; তিনি জীবন দান করেন এবং তিনি মৃত্যু ঘটান। আর আল্লাহ্‌ ছাড়া তোমাদের কোন অভিভাবক নেই, সাহায্যকারীও নেই।
