﴿ وَكَانَ فِى ٱلْمَدِينَةِ تِسْعَةُ رَهْطٍۢ يُفْسِدُونَ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَلَا يُصْلِحُونَ ﴾

“Now there were in the city nine men who were wont to commit deeds of depravity all over the land, and would not reform;”

আর সে শহরে ছিল নয় জন এমন ব্যক্তি, যারা দেশে বিপর্যয় সৃষ্টি করত এবং শান্তি প্রতিষ্ঠা করত না।
