﴿ قُلْ أَرَءَيْتُمْ إِن جَعَلَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْكُمُ ٱلنَّهَارَ سَرْمَدًا إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ مَنْ إِلَٰهٌ غَيْرُ ٱللَّهِ يَأْتِيكُم بِلَيْلٍۢ تَسْكُنُونَ فِيهِ ۖ أَفَلَا تُبْصِرُونَ ﴾

“Say: “Have you ever considered [this]: If God had willed that there should always be daylight about you, without break, until the Day of Resurrection - is there any deity other than God that could bring you [the darkness of] night, wherein you might rest? Will you not, then, see [the truth]?””

বল, ‘তোমরা ভেবে দেখেছ কি, আল্লাহ যদি দিনকে কিয়ামতের দিন পর্যন্ত স্থায়ী করেন, তাহলে আল্লাহ ছাড়া এমন উপাস্য আছে কি, যে তোমাদের জন্য রাত্রির আবির্ভাব ঘটাবে; যাতে তোমরা বিশ্রাম করতে পার। তবুও কি তোমরা ভেবে দেখবে না?’
