﴿ وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَىٰ هَٰذَا ٱلْوَعْدُ إِن كُنتُمْ صَٰدِقِينَ ﴾

“and so they ask, “When is this promise [of resurrection and judgment] to be fulfilled? [Answer this, O you who believe in it,] if you are men of truth!””

তারা জিজ্ঞাসা করে, ‘তোমরা যদি সত্যবাদী হও তবে বল, এ প্রতিশ্রুতি কখন বাস্তবায়িত হবে?’ [১] [১] তারা ঠাট্টা-বিদ্রূপ স্বরূপ জিজ্ঞাসা করত, কারণ তা বাস্তবায়িত হওয়া তাদের নিকট সুদূরপরাহত ও অসম্ভব ছিল।
