﴿ فَلَمَّا رَأَوْا۟ بَأْسَنَا قَالُوٓا۟ ءَامَنَّا بِٱللَّهِ وَحْدَهُۥ وَكَفَرْنَا بِمَا كُنَّا بِهِۦ مُشْرِكِينَ ﴾

“And then, when they [clearly] beheld Our punishment, they said: “We have come to believe in the One God, and we have renounced all belief in that to which we were wont to ascribe a share in His divinity!””

অতঃপর ওরা যখন আমার শাস্তি প্রত্যক্ষ করল, তখন বলল, ‘আমরা এক আল্লাহতেই বিশ্বাস করলাম এবং আমরা তাঁর সঙ্গে যাদেরকে অংশী করতাম তাদেরকে প্রত্যাখ্যান করলাম।’
