﴿ وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا نُوحًا إِلَىٰ قَوْمِهِۦٓ إِنِّى لَكُمْ نَذِيرٌۭ مُّبِينٌ ﴾

“AND INDEED, [it was with the same message that] We sent forth Noah unto his people: "Behold, I come unto you with the plain warning”

And verily We sent Noah to his people and he said ‘I am annī a variant reading has innī in which case ‘he said’ has been omitted for you a clear warner one whose warning is plain.
