﴿ قَالَ وَمَن يَقْنَطُ مِن رَّحْمَةِ رَبِّهِۦٓ إِلَّا ٱلضَّآلُّونَ ﴾

“[Abraham] exclaimed: "And who-other than those who have utterly lost their way-could ever abandon the hope of his Sustainer's grace?"”

He said ‘And who — in other words no one — despairs read yaqnitu or yaqnatu of the mercy of his Lord save those who are astray?’ save disbelievers.
