Al-Anbiyaa • EN-AL-JALALAYN
﴿ قَالُوا۟ وَجَدْنَآ ءَابَآءَنَا لَهَا عَٰبِدِينَ ﴾
“They answered: “We found our forefathers worshipping them.””
They said ‘We found our fathers worshipping them’ and so we followed their example.
