Ash-Shu'araa • EN-AL-JALALAYN
﴿ وَإِذَا بَطَشْتُم بَطَشْتُمْ جَبَّارِينَ ﴾
“And will you [always], whenever you lay hand [on others], lay hand [on them] cruelly, without any restraint?”
And when you assault to smite or slay you assault like tyrants mercilessly!
