﴿ هَٰذَا بَيَانٌۭ لِّلنَّاسِ وَهُدًۭى وَمَوْعِظَةٌۭ لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ ﴾

“this [should be] a clear lesson unto all men, and a guidance and an admonition unto the God-conscious.”

This Qur’ān is an exposition for all mankind and a guidance from error and an admonition for such as are God-fearing among them.
