﴿ وَلَهُۥ مَن فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۖ كُلٌّۭ لَّهُۥ قَٰنِتُونَ ﴾

“For, unto Him belongs every being that is in the heavens and on earth; all things devoutly obey His will.”

And to Him belongs whoever is in the heavens and the earth as possessions creatures and servants. All are obedient to Him.
