Faatir • EN-AL-JALALAYN
﴿ وَمَا يَسْتَوِى ٱلْأَعْمَىٰ وَٱلْبَصِيرُ ﴾
“For [thus it is:] the blind and the seeing are not equal;”
Nor are the blind and the seer equal that is the disbeliever and the believer are not equal
