﴿ إِلَّا عِبَادَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْمُخْلَصِينَ ﴾

“Not thus, however, [behave] God’s true ser­vants:”

— all except God’s devoted servants namely believers the exceptive clause here is discontinuous in other words that is because they declare that God transcends what such individuals attribute to Him.
