﴿ أَفَأَنتَ تُسْمِعُ ٱلصُّمَّ أَوْ تَهْدِى ٱلْعُمْىَ وَمَن كَانَ فِى ضَلَٰلٍۢ مُّبِينٍۢ ﴾

“CANST THOU, perchance, [O Muhammad,] make the deaf hear, or show the right way to the blind or to such as are obviously lost in error?”

Can you then make the deaf hear or can you guide the blind and one who is in manifest error? in other words such individuals will not believe.
